Challenge
The apartment was in an old panel building with limited structural options. The client wanted an open floor plan, but load-bearing walls limited the options.
Solution
We conducted a structural survey and replaced parts of load-bearing walls with steel beams. We used lightweight partition walls for flexible zoning.
Result
The apartment was transformed into a modern, bright open-plan space. The property value increased by over 30% after the renovation.
