A modern four-story office complex with underground parking, conference rooms, and a green rooftop terrace. Designed for maximum employee comfort.
Challenge
Construction had to be carried out in a busy urban area with limited access. Requirements included LEED Gold certification and Class A sound insulation.
Solution
We organized nighttime material deliveries and used modular structural elements to accelerate construction. All systems were designed to LEED Gold standards.
Result
The complex received LEED Gold certification and has been fully occupied since opening. Operating costs are 35% lower than the area average.
