For a typical 80-to-120-square-metre apartment, the full process from first consultation to move-in takes approximately 3 to 5 months. The design phase (concept, visualization, technical documentation) typically requires 3 to 6 weeks. Construction and finishing work runs 6 to 12 weeks depending on scope. Furniture delivery and final styling add 2 to 4 weeks. We provide a detailed project timeline at the proposal stage, with built-in buffers for material lead times, and we keep you informed of progress at every step.
